Chef’s Requested Foods, Inc., is recalling 20-oz. boxes of “4 Thick
Steaks, Bacon Wrapped Beef Medallions” due to undeclared milk and soy.The product was distributed in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
Each 20-oz. box has the establishment number “EST. 5792” inside the USDA mark of inspection and a pack date of “0198A” or “0208A” printed on the side of the box.
