Miso Pork #2

This is a version of miso pork that I bought from a local shop.  I am ashamed to say that it is much, much better than mine from yesterday.  This version is deep fried so I guess the competition isn’t fair.  It is a thicker cut of pork, battered, fried and then chopped drizzled with a delicious sweet miso sauce.  It is served on lettuce and over rice.  The lettuce being a delicious refreshing break from the intense salt and the rice making a very satisfying meal.
