Mommy Speedlinking – January 12, 2007
Every once in a while I do some dad speedlinking but I thought I would browse the Mommy blogs this morning and do a little mommy speedlinking. So what do those moms blog about?
Crank Mama notices how hard working mom’s band together and are very supportive of each other. She is also in the process of Crank Mama Radio: “the gathering place for sassy crankpots, is coming soon! If you know a writer, mother or general opinion-giver, we’d love to interview them!” Nothing like reading from the ultimate crankpots.
Over at Rookie Moms, both bloggers are pregnant with child #2. Congrats! There are over 300 fun activities posted that you can browse through. Most recent posted activity is how to pack for the hospital. This is for those pregnant moms about ready to deliver.
Chicky Chicky Baby almost forgets it is National De-lurking Week. Pundit Mom remembers. So, what the heck is that? Read here and here for answers.
The one and only Wiping Up Snot blog is giving away her husband! For Free Even! Yikes!
And Mama Tulip stresses about moving in 2 weeks. She says every time she says the words We’re Moving “my palms get sweaty and my belly gets rumbly and I fart a couple of times.”
So that is what is circulating the mom blogs.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for visiting over at CrankMama and speedlinking even..
I like what you’re doing over here…
Hi CrankMama
Thanks for stopping in. I got a kick out of your commentary. Very entertaining.
Thanks for stopping by and for the link! Also, I was busy thinking about our ‘girly girl’ daughters yesterday, which was below the de-lurking post! Now I guess I need to make the rounds of the daddy bloggers!
Thanks Steve, my baby-to-be has hiccups with excitement over your shout-out!
Hi PunditMom and RookieMom, thanks for stopping in. How do you stop hiccups in the womb? hehe
Hi Steve. Thanks for the link. That was mighty nice of you.
Great stuff, Steve… I’m not lurking!
You had me at “fart.” Any post tagged fart HAS to be good.
Seriously, great links Steve. As someone who has a lot of mom readers, and happens to be married to one, it’s pretty cool hearing these great stories.
As I sit hear listening to my wife giving breastfeeding advice (she’s a LLL leader) I just feel surrounded by mom-ness.
Maybe I should turn on some ESPN…
Hi, Steve! Thanks for the link!
(Oh, and I’ve decided to keep my husband.)
Glad to see you honoring delurking day Long Island Dad.
Tony, I had you at fart? How romantic…. I also know the feeling of mom-ness. I go drink a brew and scratch my butt. That usually helps. Oh and make sure you continue to pee standing up.
Karly, I am so happy for your husband. I was worried for him there for a while.
Mrs Chicky, I appreciate you stopping by.
