Monday Weigh In

I’m happy to report that weigh in went well. I hope it did for you as well. I managed to lose two pounds this week. I worked out and ate the right foods. I did have one cappuccino but that was really my only cheat (smile) that I can think of. March is quickly upon us and so is the countdown to the summer.
