More bad news for octuplet mom’s fertility doctor

Although, like thousands of others, I think that Nadya Suleman has problems that go far beyond having "too many babies," now that the babies are born, they must be cared for. But, I do think that the doctor who allowed this to happen should be held responsible in a big way.
Suspending his license would be too good for Dr. Michael Kamrava, in my opinion. I believe he should be on the hook for paying expenses to care for these children. This feeling was made even stronger when I read this article, Octuplet mom, doctor benefited from alliance.
Now, I’m not one to believe everything I read, but many things written in this article make a lot of sense, such as Ms Suleman’s high birth rate boosting Dr. Kavrava’s so-called success rate. Of course, this could be wrong and Dr. Kavrava does have colleagues who are defending him and say that this isn’t so.
What do you think? Should Dr. Kavrava be held somewhat responsible for the births? Did he act irresponsibly, judging by the information that we have?
