More Crafty Gift Ideas for Creative Kids

Are you doing some early Christmas or holiday shopping for your favorite crafty kid on your list? There are so many great ideas out there right now for kids, tweens and teens who love to make things.

One new goody for this year is the “My Friendship Bracelet Maker“, a tool and floss caddy to help kids braid their own friendship bracelets.

The Friendship Bracelet Maker comes complete with lots of strands of pre-cut embroidery floss (stored in a compartment, which slides out from under the “loom” top).  If your crafter runs out, of course you can cut more embroidery floss to length and use that.  Their website also has instructions for several different braiding patterns as well, so your child isn’t limited to one braid.

I’m showing my age as a child of the eighties, but I spent many, many hours braiding friendship bracelets for myself… my friends… and I think most of my stuffed animals were decked out in them too!

I was able to get one of these for my niece, and WOW was i a hit. This is one of the best inventions according to her that has come down the road in a long time. She can not put it down, and is turning these things out one after another for all her friends. Why these cannot be found in local retailers is beyond me

Gifting has long been a part of our way of life that today, one cannot even imagine celebrating an event without gifting his loved ones something special.
