Las Vegas boasts 130,000 hotel rooms and is building another 40,000 to be completed by 2010.  And with over 39 million visitors last year, the $1,066 per person spent per trip, (including $277 in gambling) should make financing these new hotels fairly easy.

The occupancy rate at hotels has grown every year since 2002 and last year was an astonishing 90.4%. Even thought the average hotel rate is up 72% in the same timeframe to almost $135 per night, visitors still flock to Sin City.
