More on Journal Privacy

For many people the idea of keeping a personal journal is unattractive because they fear someone reading their entries. This is a legitimate worry, especially for those working through highly emotional and personal issues.

Read the article Lock Up Your Private Writing by Diane Weiner on The Writer’s Digest website. Diane makes some helpful suggestions, but I particularly like the idea of using a fire safe. These are available from stationary suppliers in various styles and prices. Don’t forget you do end up with what you pay for. See the photo below for an example of a fire safe available from Amazon.com, but check out all the info before making a selection. Some of these are not suitable for storing CDs, DVDs, etc.
