Since the traditional St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, falls on Holy Week this year, some are celebrating today, March 15. Whichever day you’re planning to recognize this day, if you do in your family, enjoy!
My daughter made Irish Soda Bread…tasty toasted and spread with cream cheese when it began to get a bit dry. Of course, with a cup of breakfast tea. On Monday, we’ll have corned beef and cabbage.
