Mother’s Day Gift Ideas

Mother’s Day is just around the corner. I can’t believe that it’s only a few days till the merry month of May. We are fortunate to have our Mom staying here in New Zealand with us so as a child, I have been wracking my brain for the perfect Mother’s Day gift for her. If you’re in the same boat as I am or you’re the Dad and looking for Mother’s Day gift ideas that you can get your children to give to their Mum then you have come to the right place.

Here are some of the Mother’s Day gift ideas I can suggest for you:

mummy

Last year, my sister gave our Mom a photo frame of her 3 grandchildren. What about a photo frame of your children or all the grandchildren in it?

ONE 125 3.5 GPS Navigator Clamshell

For Mother’s Day I received a GPS Navigator. The best Mother’s Day gift ever especially as I am navigationally challenged!

photo-book

I am thinking of making a Photo Book using the ‘A Tribute’ template created by Shutterfly’s professional designers. Not sure if I’ll have enough time to finish the photo book, place an order and wait for it to arrive from the US.

If you want to be ‘conventional’, why not a Bath & Body Spa Gift Basket?

What about you? Any Mother’s Day gift in your wish list that you’d like to share?

As an aside….each time we celebrate Father’s Day or Mother’s Day, our 11 year old daughter asks how come there is no Children’s Day. We remind her that EVERY DAY is Children’s Day as children are often indulged and thought of at all times. Agree or disagree? :-)

I agree! Everyday is kid’s day…at least in homes where the parents understand what a blessing their children are! I believe I already have my Mother’s Day gift in hand! My babies :) Our sweet 6 yr old who endlessly loves and dotes on me everyday, and our son who is quite ornery but very charming. He is four and has just this year been so much better with his Eczema. It was unbearable at times, and he is now a happy and healthy boy all because our prayers were answered through Vidazorb probiotics. I am a very blessed mama! Caroline *mommy of two
