		<description>I&#039;m a guy.  The most help I got w/ my clutter was a book about ADD in women = women are often given the job of keeping the family &quot;together&quot;.  But w/ ADD comes losing the keys, missing deadlines because the paper is in a pile, etc.  My doctor has me on a very low dose of Ritalin &amp; it helps sometimes, but not always.  I&#039;ve found the best motivation for dealing w/ clutter is to just deal with it.  No pill or book is going to do it.  For me, I don&#039;t always finish each piece of cleaning.  Sometimes I just flit around the house, ALWAYS doing something, no matter what room I end up in.  I&#039;m an artist &amp; I have WAY too many art supplies, but spent $$ on them so need to organize.  And be easy on yourself - everyone has flaws - clutter isn&#039;t the worst.</description>
