Move Over SuperNanny, Mom’s Movin’ In
After a while, there’s only so much “nanny” you can pull out of your magical blogging hat, right? Well, I’ve pulled the last rabbit out and am, well, over it!
While I still love and adore Jo Frost and the show SuperNanny, I’ve decided it’s time to kick SuperNannyRules up a notch or ten.
What I’m looking to allow this blog to develop in to is a sort of Guerilla Parenting Zone. A parenting zone where people still believe sparing the rod is spoiling the child.
Nothing makes more angry than to look around at our youth today and see nothing but a bunch of little lazy asses who think the world owes them just because they grace us with their very existence - or - to have a child psychologist who has never had kids tell me how to raise my own because it’s what some book has told him.
I’ve developed some of my own tactics that have encouraged my kids to behave and show respect and I’m going to share those here.
I do hope you’ll join me in this journey.
