		<description>that right, I also d ont like the commercials in between because it takes you away from your workout tempo too.
I have started recording it too and doing it later so I fast forward all the commercials and try to get a good work out...
Sometimes I keep my weight handy the smallest one and keep working with them until the add are over.Dont have a choice there...</description>

		<description>Oh that&#039;s a good idea. I should take my own ball out from Hubby&#039;s gym room when I exercise to FitTv. We have no DVR.  I&#039;m usually just lifting my legs and keep doing some kind of movements while I wait for the damn commercials to be over. Thanks for the tip :).</description>

		<description>I have the same gripe with Fit TV.  I like to catch whatever episode of Gilad is on at 6AM but I&#039;m annoyed by the commercials.  The right solution is probably to set the DVR and fast forward through the commercials but my DVR is in the other room.  So now I&#039;ve taken to doing the first part of the workout until the commercial then doing some resistance stuff on my balance ball for the commercials and then come back to Gilad after.</description>
