Aren't you a T2 and you don't take insulin? Otherwise I would advise you to keep taking correction boluses until you get the bg values down. God I read so many blogs now I cannot keep everybody straight! Test very frequently. If the tests climb just go to the ER! How can I say try not to worry until you appointment? Let's be realistic anyone would. All I can say is I understand and maybe that will make you feel less alone. High bg values really mess your mind and emotions.
