It’s cool to see how the Julie doll looks so reminiscent of the 1970’s era, just in the outfit and hairstyle that she arrives in. All you have to do is think back on the show “The Brady Bunch,” with the bell bottoms and the long braids down the side of the girls’ hair. American Girl really does a good job at reflecting these time periods accurately, and there’s no doubt that a lot of young mothers out there will really identify with Julie and Ivy’s stories. It’s just another way for them to share American Girl with their kids, which is great.

I have read every book set.But my favorite is julie.I think it is so cool.I wish i could play as julie.My daughter loves julie and ivy so we had to make a stop at the american girl place in georgia.Every week we go to get new dolls and stuff.

i love these dolls!! my b-day is comming up soon and i’m asking for julie and her dogs!! i’m pretty sure i’m getting it because my mom took me to the american girl store and she asked if i wanted a gift certificate or for my parents to pick one out for me!! i said i wanted a gift certificate!! i’m soo excited!! i love them!!

I really like American Girl. I have read every Julie book and really like them. I am going to get Julie and Ivy for myself. I think they are so cute!!!
