Mike Miller has joined the blogosphere at Career and Kids. For all those Stay at Home Dads he is kind of like our opposite having to deal with the strain of working long hours and raising kids. Do you miss those days? I know I sure do sometimes. But you guys should peak in and offer up a welcome and go remember those working days.
Mike also gives an alternative career option. This may be perfect for those dads who stay home and want to make some extra cash.
If this sounds like you, you might want to consider starting your own poop-scooping business. Yes, the same chore you complained about as a kid just might be the ultimate job.
If you have kids, actually handling the poop should not be an issue any more. You’ll also get to spend the day outdoors and walk around nice yards. There will be no big looming months long projects.
Just you, a scooper, and some good boots. Since it is your own business, you could probably let the kids tag along sometimes when they are not in school. Tempting. Very tempting.
Thanks for the introduction. We’ll have to keep track of number of posts each month between us so we can finally, once and for all, determine whether staying home with the kids or going in to work keeps you busier.
