New category: Parenting blogs.

There are thousands and thousands of great blogs written by both moms and dads out there on the Net, so a category devoted to the regular plugging of them is, I feel, necessary. And what better way to kick things off than by swinging the spotlight onto A Letter to My Children, written by Lisa, a visually disabled woman and mother of twins Aaron and Naim.

The blog chronicles her adventures in parenting, her frustrations with the American health system as a disabled person living and caring for another disabled person, and also her hopes and dreams for her sons. It’s heart-warming, heart-rending and yet remarkably addictive reading.

Lisa’s rethinking her blog for the moment, but go visit all the same. I hope it doesn’t disappear or anything!

I run a website, Babes in Blogland, that lists ttc, expecting, and new-parent bloggers to help us all find one another. I’ve added your site to the blogroll. If you need me to correct any information or if you would like for me to remove the link, please let me know.

    Thank you and congratulations.
