New Fitness Project from Amy at TheScentedLife

Amy at TheScentedLife has a cool new project underway, and I’m totally intrigued! She let us in on the details below:
Since I finished graduate school in May, my sense of relief and joy has given way to discontent. I knew that I had been tending to my mind, but neglected my health and my fitness. Many times I would have to skip the gym to finish a project or paper, or forget to eat a meal in my rush to get to class on time. Now that I’ve “got my life back” I am really excited to be on my way to a healthier body.
My journey is called the Peak Condition Project, and it was originally started by an internet friend of mine, Patrick (of Zen is Stupid fame). His transformation and project were so inspiring, I was super stoked to be chosen with 4 others to do my own Peak Condition Project. I’m twelve days in, and the project lasts 90 days. It involves varying the amount of food eaten (to stoke the metabolism and then encourage it to burn fat for fuel), daily resistance exercises and super-efficient aerobic exercise in the form of jump rope! I’ll be taking weekly pictures and blogging each day, so come visit me often to read about my trials and successes!
