New in the Market: Fiber One Yogurt
Here’s a new product from the makers of Yoplait and Fiber One that can help make your breakfast all the more healthy: Fiber One Yogurt.

Being nonfat and a good source of calcium, each 4-ounce serving of Fiber One yogurt also contains 5 grams of fiber – 20 percent of the recommended daily value. The added fiber content makes you feel fuller (perfect snack for those on weight management diets) and a lot of other health benefits.
Check it out and tell me how you like it!

Oh this looks great. I need this. I badly need this. But it’s not available here for sure!!
I tried the Peach one this morning. It was pretty delicious! It filled me up, too, which says a lot for a non-bread!!
I’ve been eating Fiber One Cereal for over a year and a half now; it’s ABOUT TIME they start getting the attention they deserve. Their bars and yogurts are amazing. I add the cereal to trailmix, yogurt, and even tuna sandwiches just to get that extra umph of fiber. Rock on Fiber One, ROCK ON!
The second ingredient is High fructose corn syrup. I’ll pass on these.
I have to aggree with Sue. Not only do these contain High Fructose Corn Syrup, they are also sweetened with artificail sweetner!!!
I don’t understand why everything has too taste so sweet for people to eat it. I liked the bars for a few weeks, but honestly, they are sickening sweet as well.
Tasty, yes. But aspartame and high fructose corn syrup are a real downer. And what is the source of the fiber? I didn’t see it listed on the ingredients?
I have been looking for a brand of yogurt that did not have an artificial after taste and I found it in Fiber One yogurt. I absolutely love Fiber One. I add strawberries to the strawberry flavor as well as the vanilla and it is quite filling. Today I tried a sample of the Caramel Delight cereal and it is delicious also.
I have just tried Fiber One Cerial today and it was delicious, It is so filling also, i ended up only eating half of the bowl. Of corse I put in some bananas but what harm could that be? I’m trying to lose weight and i heard that fiber one is the way to go, im concerned about the high fructose… that can be weight healthy, i think i’ll stick to the cereal
Way too sweet, especially for breakfast. It is also too small to fill you up. Next time I’ll use it on top of cereal, oatmeal or fruit.
I love the yogurt. But they finally get something that tastes good and kill it with unhealthy ingredients like high fructose corn syrup and aspartame? Come on, you can do better, how about Stevia or something?
When will you create a yogurt that taste this good for Diabetics?
