New Website For Youth Launched- YHeart.net

This is truly inspiring… I was searching through my regular sites and news channels and came across this great story about a young women who at the age of 16 shows more courage and grace then many well beyond her young years. Her name is Saz Salisbury and she has weathered 7 operations and is now dependent on a wheelchair to get around due to being born with a heart defect.

She is now awaiting a heart and lung transplant. Even with all of this on her plate she still has time to help others and share her story. She has launched a website yheart.net…
