But that being said, I think that education is SO important, regardless of whether someone has made a pact or not to save themselves. Just because I don't own guns doesn't mean that I can't educate myself on the danger/protection and possible consequences of what could happen with a gun or around a gun.... Education is always important and virginity pledges are not a replacement for knowledge and facts about consequences and protection. I think virginity pledges are awesome, and should be encouraged.
