Nightmares
On Thursday night AJ had a nightmare. If you have read my sleep posts before you will know that sleep has always been an issue with AJ and that he has ALWAYS had horrific Night Terrors, some of them lasting 45 minutes to an hour.
He has never had nightmares before so this scared me as much as it scared him.
The look of terror on his face was heartbreaking and he clutched me so hard, as if he would never let go…like that is what his nightmare was about.
He demanded, through tears, to sleep in our bed. I caved and my husband spent the remainder of the night being swatted by tiny hands flopping in the night.
