No-Fuss Seed Bread

My family and I love homemade bread, and my husband got me a bread machine for Christmas a couple of years ago which makes the whole process that much easier (though I didn’t throw out my bread pans – there are still times I like doing it the old fashioned way!).
For Labor Day, take a load off with this yummy Seed Bread, done in the bread machine:
3/4 cup water
4 teaspoons honey
4 teaspoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups bread flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons flax seed
4 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Roast seeds on a baking sheet in a 350 degree F oven for 4 minutes; let cool completely. This step is optional, the seeds can be added un-roasted.
Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Basic bread cycle, and Start.

Have you tried making this recipe and comparing unroasted vs. roasted seeds? Think there would be a taste difference?
Hi Webkinz! I personally haven’t tried the unroasted, but I’ve read from someone who has that the roasted tastes better, though the unroasted isn’t bad.
