Not for Tourists Guides have created guidebooks around insider information provided by people who live and work in the city covered, as well as by getting feedback from readers. The result is information from people who are familiar with the city, rather than writers who are just visiting the city.
You’ll find information about services, attractions, parks, restaurants and bars, transportation, shopping, things to see and do, along with maps to help you figure out how to get there. The writing is concise and practical, even a bit irreverent at times, and all packaged in a guidebook that’s sized to slip into a purse, backpack, or even a pocket.
Visitors as well as residence should find the guides both helpful and fun, and it can be supplemented with online information at the NFT website.
The NFT series covers New York City (also downloadable online for FREE), Atlanta, Seattle, Boston, Brooklyn, Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Queens, San Francisco, and Washington DC. London, the first international destination, is in the works. Rumor has it that New Orleans, Paris, Toronto, Miami, Portland, Minneapolis, San Diego, Houston, Dallas, Dubai, Omaha, Topeka, Des Moines, and Spokane may be upcoming additions.
If you’re planning a conference or travel event to a city covered by the NFT guides, you can arrange for a logo stamped special edition or a guide with customized content. What a great gift to include in a conference goodie bag!
NFT guides can be purchased at major bookstores, Amazon, or the NFT website.

Good idea about the conference goodie bag. I sent this link to a friend of mine who works in the industry.
