Do we need a mascot around here?
Nuts the Junkyard Dog from chimpfeet is begging to apply, but I’m more of a cat person. Sorry, Nuts.
This loyal doggie is handmade from recycled metal and will rust with time outside. He’s a little expensive ($75), but he does stand 12 inches tall after all.
Remember to enter our EcoHanger contest by end of day Saturday, April 26.

My father in law creates tractors, airplanes, and race cars out of spark plugs, nails, washers, nuts, and bolts. He used to work as a welder before he retired. I’ll have to show him the Junkyard dog, he’ll get a kick out of him.
I hope he likes it Linette. If you follow the link, you can find lots of other dogs at that site as well.
Feel free to send me photos of your father-in-law’s creations! I’d love to see and post them if he doesn’t care.
I sure will, I’ll ask him but I’m sure he won’t mind. He’ll probably get a kick out of it. I have a few I’ll try to get a photo of them over the weekend and send it to you.
That sounds great Linette. Just fit it in whenever you can. I know you’re busy with gardening! : )
