Obento takeaway speed dinner

Tonight was a rush dinner, takeaway obento.  And a nice one at that.

As you can see from the photo there is an assortment of food in there and a pile of rice.

It included potato salad and egg roll omelette.  Some pickles, and a miniature dry oden selection.  In the main compartment was some tempura piman (Japanese capsicum or green pepper), a crumbed fish fillet, a braised fish fillet, and a Japanese style hamburger. 

Not a bad meal for about 400 Yen.(around US or Australian $4)  And with 2 minutes in the microwave it was ready to go.  Beat that McDonalds.
