Obesity a foetal health risk.

English scientists are saying that overweight moms-to-be risk the health of their unborn babies, but exactly how their weight affects the foetus is unclear. I’d guess that overweight pregnant women may experience complications such as pre-eclampsia, as well as inconveniences such as the inability to get an accurate ultrasound picture of their baby. But I’d be curious to see a more comprehensive report of the risks.

More nature and nurture to the obesity debate than there is to discussions about adoption!

0nce the kid is born, parenting style can harm the child’s weight.
