(www.livelywomen.com) — Jogging or biking with a water bottle is seldom fun and never easy, so you’re going to love the Swiggies wrist water bottle.
About the Prize
I love using my Swiggies while I walk (and make pathetic attempts to jog) on my new-to-me treadmill. (And for the record, that is NOT me over there >>>>) But they’re great for any activity where you want to stay hydrated without having to hold something in your hands because they’re lightweight and attach with adjustable Velcro straps.
In Hydro-Sport’s own words…
Each cleverly designed Swiggies holds 5.5 ounces of water or sports drink. It is strapped onto the wrist and has a pull top. It eliminates the need to carry water bottles, which can be cumbersome to carry and break your stride when you have to stop to take a drink. You just fill them up with cold water and go!! Both Swiggies supply you with the necessary 11 ounces of liquid to complete your workout without the risk of dehydration.
Each Swiggies weighs a half pound, which is the perfect amount for running without putting stress on your joints. When they are filled with cold water Swiggies cools your wrists and keeps you from overheating.
You can also freeze your Swiggies for extra cooling power, and it’s really fun to say, “extra cooling power.”
The Contest
Enter to win your very own pair of Swiggies for 5 lucky readers. Here’s how to win:
- Leave a comment on this post sharing your favorite way to work out between now and Tuesday, October 28, 2008, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- Wait patiently until October 29, when I announce the winner.
The Rules
- Anyone can enter, but only those who follow the directions will be eligible to win. “Give them to me!” does not count.
- One entry per person. I do check IP addresses and weed out duplicates, so no cheating.
- The winner will be chosen randomly using the sequence generator at Random.org and all decisions will be final.
- You must leave a valid e-mail address in the comment form to win, but do NOT include your e-mail address in the comment itself.
Good luck!

I love to work out at Curves. The circut is fun fast and safe and it doesn’t hurt that I own several franchises.
I love to work out with my son. He just turned one and now he really enjoys when I take him on long (very long) walks with me while I attempt to lose this baby fat.
I enjoy going to Curves as well as walking my dogs 2x day and I also cut the lawn.

Because every little bit helps, I have stopped using my dishwasher. Now, I wash dishes by hand and dance in front of the sink as I work.
Right now I am 5 months pregnant, and my workout consists of going from the refrigerator to the couch. I know, pathetic! But once I have the baby, I would love to use these to walk around the block before my husband goes to work!
I enjoy walking! These are a wonderful idea. Please enter me in your drawing. Many thanks, Cindi
My favorite way to work out is water aerobics.
Those are neat.
My favorite way to work out right now is running–since I’m training for a charity half-marathon in January.
During this time of the year, I only want to hibernate. In order to get myself to start working out, it must have a fun factor associate with the activity. Hence, I love playing on my Wii for the winter months – Wii Fit, Wii DDR, Wii Outdoor Challenge, and Wii Sports.
I love kickboxing. Nothing like kicking the crap out of the air that really makes you feel GOOD!
I won a Subway Trek bike at my local radio station. I ride it everyday and I jog at the local middle school track.
My birthday is coimg up in a few weeks, I am going to really step my workout game up!!!
