It’s being touted still as home to Prince Vlad the Impaler – inspiration for Bram Stoker’s Count Dracula character, and remains one of the more popular “scary” sites to visit in Romania.
If you’re looking to take a tour a bit closer to home, you can visit the official Dracula Castle website. They’re currently celebrating ten years online – not bad. Plus you can go inside the castle and view rooms.
