So, I’m doing gift guides at two of my other blogs and figured Offbeat readers deserve one as well. Each day until it basically gets too late to shop I’ll feature one cool beans holiday gift. Of course since it’s Offbeat the gift won’t be your basic stocking stuffer. No worries though, it’ll mostly be home related — a good what to get the offbeat home owner (or the offbeat home obsessed) sort of deal. I’ll try to feature some kid friendly ideas as well.
This first gift, actually first two; are cool for either adults or the kiddos.
Frank Lloyd Wright in Pop-Up Book by Iain Thomson: Six great Wright homes in a super keen pop up delight style! No, it does not get better than this.

Architecture Pop Up Book by Anton Radevsky: This one is missing the obscure factor that the first book capture but is still a great gift for the building minded — kids especially.

Give, pop-up, read and rejoice.

those are cool. Marc would like them…
Does Marc like architecture too? I love the first one. Cedar actually might enjoy these. He is already so into building. He was so cute when we built the house. He “helped” a lot.
he did not go to high school. He went to architectural school for high school, if that makes sense. He has a ton of designs. For various reasons he couldnt get a job in his field when he graduated so he ended up in the Marine Corps and the rest is history.
