Omega-3 and Alzheimer’s

In the news, you’ll find recent reports concerning Omega-3 supplements and the possibility that they may, in some instances, help decrease depression and the agitation that’s often associated with Alzheimer’s disease.

Ruth, at b5media’s Eating Fabulous blog wrote about this, Omega-3 Supplements Against Alzheimer’s Symptoms.  She also refers to the research being done on this at Karolinska Institutet, a leading medical university.
