		<description>Why wait until you have Alzheimer’s  before eating omega-3 oils?  Another point: omega 9 oils are also important (as are omega 6, although most people have plenty of that).  

Another point: omega-3 and omega-6 oils are also important to the health of your heart.  

These oils are best taken to promote good health rather than waiting until it is too late!</description>
