Ooops, I did it again…. ouch

(I hope this isn’t a repeat post, but I had written this up and when I went to check when it would publish, it had disappeared.)

If there’s a contest for the klutziest b5Media blogger, I’m sure to be in the running for first place. You know my sore neck I was whining complaining telling you about last week? Well, now I have a good reason to whine complain tell you about it, along with my sore knee, sore arm and wounded pride.

I was at a workshop on Saturday in a building that was recently built for a local university. I stress this because that means that the carpeting on the floor is still intact and fairly clean looking. It was a gorgeous day so I went in a bit early and took a walk. I stopped by Second Cup to get a nice large cup of chai tea and a sandwich for my lunch. I took my time going to the workshop and when I entered the class, I saw someone I knew. As I went to say “hi,” BANG – down I went. Apparently, there was a large step there that I didn’t see. Chai tea on my face, papers askew, embarrassment clear all over my face… at least I was noticed, right?

Unfortunately, my neck isn’t doing so well now and my right knee and arm are annoyed with me. On the bright side, it was a very interesting workshop.

Tell me your klutzy stories – please don’t let me think I’m the only one who can pull off such lovely tumbles.
