Oops, I Did It Again

lose two dress sizes You guys are going to get sick of me saying this, but I can’t stop myself from sharing. I’m so excited! I dug through the back of my closet again this morning. I pulled out another dress I haven’t been able to wear in…oh gosh–I can’t remember when I ever wore this! It’s 2 dress sizes down from what I’ve been wearing.

TWO DRESS SIZES!!!

Plus, when I weighed this morning I dropped another pound. Buh-bye poundie! Nice knowing ya! Y’all (pardon my Southern-ness)….I’m so excited! I love it!

If you’ve been working hard to lose weight, but don’t feel like you’re getting any results, pull out something a size smaller to wear. Just try it on, even if you don’t think you’ll fit in it.

If you still can’t get into it, or button it or zip it up all the way, so what? Let that be your motivation, your encouragement. Keep trying it on once a week until you can finally wear it. Then wear it with pride!

Hope, I am so excited for you. I know the feeling — I’m desperate to get into some of my skinnier jeans (it’s all relative ladies, my skinny jeans are skinner than the ones I’m in now but some people would swim in them).

I don’t even want to take them out of the attic until I’ve dropped some more weight.

I just keep telling myself … “Just keep counting, just keep counting” (Weight Watchers points that is).

  2. Thanks Karen! Get your skinny jeans out of the attic. Use them for motivation! :)
