Whether your hair is thinning from stress or age, or some other reason, organic hair loss treatments may help.
Often the cause is stress. Stress eats up a ton of B vitamins so be sure you are getting plenty of them!
I have been looking at this subject quite a bit because my hair is thinning a little and breaking off. It is very curly and I am close to menopause so it is time for me to start taking extra measures to ensure that the mane stay looking good. I don’t use hair color, and I use natural shampoos and organic coconut oil treatments..but still I am having problems..
An organic hair loss treatment that I keep coming across is sage tea/cider vinegar mixed and used as a rinse. Use one half cup organic apple cider vinegar and one half cup sage tea. Pour through clean hair and allow to sit for a minute before rinsing.
Apparently this combination stimulates the circulation in the scalp, fights dandruff, and kills germs and bacteria that may add to hair loss problems. If your hair is very brittle you may want to add a half cup of horsetail (the herb, not the animal!) Tea.
It is worth a try.

I think hair loss when you are peri-menopausal is really pretty normal. Hopefully these home remedies can help you out. I don’t dye my hair either, and kind of just accepted it. When the flashing stopped, so did the hair loss.
hmmI haven’t started hot flashes yet….My hair was always WAY thick so it isn’t noticeable other than I have to keep it shorter, only shoulder length.
