Organize your pet

I’m not a pet person. My son has fish and I can barely deal with them. In fact, once my son had jumping beans, and even these small pets drove me nuts (no joke). In any case, if you do happen to be a pet person, you might be interested in the following cool pet organizers:

Funny! I was recently given some cat notecards from RSVP. Those people must love cats.
I keep my cat records in a hanging file along with other records like tax info and check card receipts. It’s boring, but easy.
The central location for important pet info would be nice. Right now I’m working on typing out some pet info (like contacts and the 50 things to avoid if you want to sleep) for my pet sitter.
This would have been so nice to have when my dog was attacked last month and I needed some info.
This is the kind of thing that seems good, but when I analyze it, it turns out to be more clutter. I keep all this stuff in a file folder. If I had this book, I’d be, what, writing stuff down and throwing away the original vet paperwork? Why not just keep the originals and not bring a separate book into the house?
I have a computer file of pet-care info that I print out fresh for any pet sitter (making changes is easy). If we’re talking worst-case scenario (I’m dead, someone has to find my cat’s info) I think the first place they’d look is in my files.
