I know someone who saves every, I mean every newspaper. His collection is just a wee bit out of control. Deborah-ng over at Simply Thrifty has some great ideas (24 to be exact) for different uses for all that newspaper in her post entitled 24 Uses for Newspaper.

Mudroom Organization

I love this post from Maricar at Keeping The Castle. I don’t have a mudroom (boy I wish I did!!) but our front entrance is what we use for shoes, bags, etc. She has some good ideas about how to design an efficient mudroom at Mudroom Organization.

Wedge Bottle Holder

I am really anal when it comes to my refrigerator. It’s one of the most organized places in my house. I know, weird, but it makes me a happy gal. I like to look in the fridge and know exactly what’s in there.

I also like wine and always have a bottle or two or three…chilled and ready to go. That’s why the Wedge Bottle Holder from Arieanna over at Cooking Gadgets caught my eye. Love it!

Frugal Challenge Saturday – Be creative with your money

Are you organized when it comes to your money or do you just spend without thinking? It’s good to take a step back and get yourself in order financially. Some of the wealthiest people in the world are penny pinchers, know where every dime of their money goes and will do anything to save a buck or two.
