Out! Training Pads are excellent for housetraining puppies and serve as a regular elimination area for dogs that do not have regular access to the outdoors.
We personally used Out! pads when we were training Chip as a puppy, and they worked great. We had initially bought the cheap store brand pads but truth be told, you get what you pay for!
