Outdoor pizza and bread oven

It’s that time of year, when we move as much of our cooking outside as we can!  I don’t think we’ll be adding one of these Outdoor pizza ovens this year (almost $4,000!!), but would I ever like to  :-)

The cooking surface is a professional baking stone.  Of course.  The integrated wood tray means that you don’t have to give up great flavor just because you’re cooking with gas.  The oven can be configured for either natural gas or propane, as each is built-to-order.   Temperature control and quick heating too!
