We keep his toothbrush, toothpaste, and cup in a plastic bin and, as of tonight, when I tell him to brush his teeth, he gets everything out, applies toothpaste to toothbrush, brushes bottom and top left and right and the front teeth (with a reminder from me), rinses off the toothbrush (sort of), and rinses out his mouth. I would have preferred leaving the training wheels on longer (this was when Charlie was 6) but Jim took them off----and promptly got himself a better bike so he could make sure he could keep up with Charlie! Sounds like Charlie is an excellent bike rider! M loves to ride her bike but still has training wheels and forgets to look up quite a bit. Maybe this summer we will get those training wheels off the bike! M also often says,"No." when she needs to be thinking and we need to be waiting patiently.
