Pack Some FitFlops to Get a Good Workout

If you need some casual summer sandals, FitFlops offers a variety of fun styled thongs made of fabric, leather, and man-made materials.  But these thongs also offer a little twist.

Created in the United Kingdom, FitFlops were originally designed to help women get a little more exercise into their day without any extra effort.  Collaboration led to a “microwobbleboard” technology that was inserted into the midsole of the FitFlop.  This technology gives your legs and calves a little bit of a workout every time you take a step.

This is not going to take the place of going to the gym and getting a good cardio or weight work out!
