		<description>My husband works at a restaurant. The only time he&#039;s allowed to take a sick day (unpaid) is if he&#039;s throwing up or in the hospital. 

So colds? Flu? He&#039;s at work. He&#039;s also an EMT, so he washes his hands and arms RELIGIOUSLY, to where they get really dry, but still he&#039;s working while sick because he has to.</description>
