Pain and children: Post round up

November 10, 2008 by Marijke Durning, RN

Every so often, I like to do a post round up of what’s been happening here at Help My Hurt. It draws people’s attention to topics that they may not have noticed or realized are available here. So, here is a mid-November post round up for you.

Children are just as vulnerable to having painful health issues as are adults, either through illness or through accidents. Here are some Help My Hurt posts on topics that affect our children:

Kidney stones hitting children in the US

Microwaves and small children – not a good match up

Playgrounds need to be safe to reduce childhood injuries

Acupressure may help children before they have surgery

Breakthrough in understanding CRPS in children

When your child has a migraine
