PARENTS: A can’t-miss discussion about “The Lolita Effect”

lolitaeffect.jpgThere’s a wonderful dialogue happening over at Random Acts of Kindness, a blog I’ve visited for about a year.

There, blogger Ello is talking with Dr. Durham, author of the book “The Lolita Effect”.  It’s a must-read for any parent.

Please go there and if you feel compelled to comment, let Ello and her guest know that you came by way of Breaking the Mirror

Then, come back and let me know what you thought!

So I visited the website and thought the interview with Dr. Durham was….well it concerned things my friends and I often talk about. Where do you cross the line with allowing your girls to play with Barbies but not letting the boys play violent video games?

And then I thought…wait! How was this a random act of kindness. I totally wasn’t expecting to read about this! I was expecting to be inspired to do some random act of kindness tomorrow. :)

So maybe you wanna add the “un”.
