Paternity, a quote.
I came across this quote which I think encapsulates some of my opinion about the home paternity tests. I don’t think many people consider much beyond the conception part and then end up in less than ideal situations which end up compromising the health and happiness of a child.

my friend had a baby 20 hours ago.
I talked to him a couple of hours after the birth and the thing I could detect in his voice was mostly panic! it was the same thing that happened to me. no matter how much people tell you that life is going to change, the minute that your son or daughter arrives on the planet it stops being about the prganancy and starts being about this new person, and there’s no way to prepare for a paradigm shift like that.
