For anyone indulging in a hobby, desire is often much greater than our pocketbook.  For stitchers, one way to make our money buy more is to find the patterns for free.

One place to find a large assortment of patterns, various sizes and skill levels, is at the DMC Club.  As a member (membership is FREE), you have access to free patterns, as well as a community forum and a free newsletter.

DMC is ok. It has mostly cross stitch, and I (don’t faint) don’t like xs.

I wish I could find more hand/surface/freestyle embroidery!
