Peeps

Who doesn’t love peeps, those fluffy, non-chocolate, Easter treats? Perfect for Easter fun, author Charity Ferreira and photographer Liz Wolfe have put together a colorful and entertaining book, filled with 24 recipes and crafts to make with Peeps.

There are Frosty Peepsicles for a hot summer day; the Peeps Holiday Wreath to brighten up a winter doorway; the Peepiñata to enliven any fiesta, and, of course, lots of Easter goodies. Cheerful, mouthwatering photographs inspire while easy step-by-step instructions explain the how-to so both kids and adults can tickle their taste buds. Also included is a list of resources for all of your PEEPS projects. Games, decorations, and desserts never looked so adorably edible.

Peeps! is available from Amazon.com or your favorite book retailer.

I love Peeps, so much I even have a stuffed peep. What’s the best way you like to eat them? I love them stiff and hard, or as hubby says, “Stale.” hehe

I love Peeps. In my grandmothers last months, she couldn’t chew on much but when we’d walk in with a box of peeps, her face would light up.

Ah, the power of Peeps! Thanks for sharing.
