Perpetual Eco-Gardening Calendar

I just found the coolest perpetual gardening calendar! The downside – it’s specifically for southern California. However, if you happen to be a southern California gardener, this is a find.

This calendar gardening book is letterpress printed in three colors on heavyweight 100% PCW recycled card stock and wire-bound with a metal hanger. Each month features two lists; planting recommendations and what is in season at the local market. Each month also has a wonderful linoleum block print of a seasonal fruit or vegetable. Very vintage looking and classic!

All the days of the month have space for note taking about your planting schedule, what’s been harvested or bought, and so on. You really could use this for a basic calender as well to record special dates and holidays. The calendar is not year-specific, so you can keep using it for years to come which means less paper – an eco-friendly choice. Lastly, there are sources in the back you can use for further gardening research.
