To help welcome you to The Kitty Blog, I’d like for you to try out one of my cat Choco’s favorite foods: Pet Promise. He seems to prefer the taste to the other foods he’s tried so far. Sometimes I think Choco likes it too much though!
Four readers who enter will be randomly selected to win a Pet Promise gift bag including cat food samples, a bandanna and a coupon to receive a free full-size bag of dry cat food (up to 25 lbs. – a $49 value).

Pet Promise has a “Promise of Purity” that means no animal byproducts, no added growth hormones, no antibiotic-fed protein, no rendered meats AND no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. And it’s not just good for kitty, Pet Promise also refuses to use factory-farm meat or poultry. They support rural farms, helping out struggling US farmers and ranchers.
Enter to win:

I have two indoor only rescued cats that are amazing creatures. One is my 4 1/2 year old daughter’s best friend! This year I have committed to spaying/neutering 100 feral cats in the Raleigh,NC area (Where I live). I think all cats, tame or feral, deserve dignity and good medical care! If anyone is in the Raleigh area and wants to help or learn how to trap/neuter/return cats please contact me!
my cat scratches everything
My cat rocks, she plays fetch like a dog
Freckles is a tortise shell, 19 years old, and as spry as a kitten!
I have 3 cats. 2 were rescued from horrible conditions and the other one is a daughter to one of the two other ones. They are kind of spoiled, but they definitely deserve it!

I have 3 cats at home. Ceili responds to her name and likes to jump up on your lap when you’re sitting anywhere, curl up and fall asleep or just sit and be stroked. Saffron can sit for hours in any corner of thr house and state into space. Clover loves food and can run really fast to the kitchen when she hears her bowl being filled. She likes her belly to be stroked.
We have 3 cats and all are rescues. I foster sick kitties and some decide this is home, like the 3 we have, and most are happy to go to another wonderful home. Our babies names are Skoski, Charlie Bear & Nemitz (who’s REAL name should be Destructo!)
Thanks for the giveaway!
I have 5 cats with five totally different personalities but thet are all loveable.
Shaharazade, Zadie for short, is my 8 year old tortie. I found her at a shelter and fell in love. She is independent, and what cat isn’t?! She loves to sleep with my in the crook of my knees, but she also likes her tent. She and Wiz, my German Shepard mix, get along pretty well. He was also rescued from a shelter. Zadie runs through the house playing with her toys, stops to bat at Wiz while he is sleeping, and then runs away. Zadie and Wiz are both Pet Promise animals. I really llike their philosophy and they like the food.
I have 4 cats. All shelter kitties. I recently lost my oldest cat to kidney failure who was 22 years old.
When my one-eyed black cat, Sailor, went missing for 5 days I was frantic – I’d walked miles calling for him, put fliers with his picture on every telephone pole in a 5 mile radius, been to every vet and shelter around. Finally after 5 days some kids ran over and said they heard him crying from inside an abandoned apartment building! My husband kicked in the door and we rushed in and scooped him up. He was so scared and skinny, but he’s back to his old self now and we couldn’t be happier that he’s back!
I have 2 kittens, they are both black. My daughter brought them here and they still needed to be nursed. They are the mot lovable kittens because of this.
a big bag of dry cat food would be great. we finally got our third cat on the “dry food” program at long last.
One of my cats is Phoebe, a cat we rescued over 7 years ago. She’s fat & sassy, but very gentle & quiet. She’s a great, friendly, & very loving kitty. We love her to death!
We got Evie when she was 3 mo. old & at 2 she rules the house. She would feel that she deserves this prize because the world revoves around her.
I have 2 nine month old beautiful kitties who are sisters and I love them with all my heart!
My Lily is an 8 yr. old Devon Rex. She is the first cat I’ve ever owned. I grew up with dogs and always thought I was a dog person. All that changed once she came in to my life and I can’t ever see myself not having a cat from now on.
my cat is a worthless hair bag but, wouldn’t know what to do without him

We have two kitties. One we call our Princess, as she always looks so regal and is has a royal attitude. And the other is the Court Jester because he is floppy and silly and likes to play.
My kitty Mickey (a black shorthair) has a best friend, our Black Lab, Happy. They play together regularly, then when Mickey gets tired of the game, he jumps into my lap to get his tummy rubbed.
I have a black cat named Magic who is a big baby. He is currently sleeping on his heating pad on my bed.
I have a 14 yr old siamese named Grizzly. She is a grouchy old lady.
Boo is the cutest, silliest little black and orange kitty. She is certain the world revolves around her.
We have a 6 month old male cat named Stinker, which is always appropriate for a small cat as they attempt to learn their way in the world.
Eight years ago, my son was trick or treating on Halloween and a neighbor gave him a two year old calico cat along with some candy. We still have the cat and her name is Precious and is now 10 years old.
I have a Siamese cat named Samson who is the most precious cat in the world.
My Lucky was named by his rescuers who found him in time to amputate his gangrenous toe. He has the silkiest coat and I’m always looking for a healthy food he will love.

Our cats name is Alec. He is 4 years old, and has grown up with my daughter. We love him very much, and would love to win this for him!!

My cat Frisco is a beautiful orange tabby. He is very affectionate. I love snuggling with him on the sofa each day. In fact, my kids and I fight for his affections
Our cat, Penelope Measles is 1.5 years old and full of energy. she’s always jumping up on high perches. Even though she gets fed 3 times a day she’s always looking for food and we have to hide the food bags or she’ll tear them up and have her fill. She’s just a bundle of energy.
Our cat definately rules the house. She has full rein, and is in charge, we are her pets.
My girls, Coco and Chanel, would love to win this prize! They are American Shorthairs and although they are sisters from the same litter and look alike, their personalities could not be more different. Thanks!
Sophie is a beautiful gray and white and Phoebe is a black long haired Persian who was rescued from an abusive home. They would both enjoy this. Thanks for the giveaway.
My cat is Mr T…and he can be just as snarly as the human one!
We are down to 2 cats from 5…3 dies in the last 2 years…one of them..CC..was a 23 yr old calico. The other 2 were almost 20yrs old. I miss them.
We still have 2…Maggie…white stray we found…so skinny she looked like a maggot wriggling around. The other, a stray who adopted us by swiping a steak at our cookout…hence the name..steakfry…or steaky for short. Thanks for the chance to win!
Don’t know if Lucky was a reject or abandoned but he was most certainly the littlest of his litter. He was found in a stand of elephant ear which a neighbor was cutting down and nicked Lucky’s leg and his subsequent yowl saved his life as it alerted my neighbor. He brought the kitten to me and I stopped the bleeding on his leg and took him to the vet. He is still small for a boy at age two, but that only reflects his outside, inside he has a heart as big as an elephant and the grit and determination to match. Sometimes one receives one’s blessings in mysterious ways.
My cat is fat.
Thanks for the contest. My cats rock, they are my personal alarm clark in the morning.
I have 2 girls. A 16 year old (Ranger, a calico) & a 5 1/2 year old (Pippy, a grey & brown tabby). They are my babies and yes they are spoiled. I wouldn’t trade them for anything.
My oldest cat, Jewel, likes a dollop of whip cream daily (and will ask for it).
I HAVE 3 CATS…ALL DIFFERENT PESONALITIES AND SOMETIMES I THINK MY HOME IS KITTY ROMPER ROOM…OH THEY LIVE WITH A ROTTIE DOG TOO:)AND LOVE HIM DEARLY…
My cat is named Lily and she is 10 years old and orange and white. She acts like a dog! Whenever anybody comes to the door she runs to see who it is.
We have two cats, Bob and Beautemous. Bob is one of the biggest cats I’ve ever seen, and a real sweetie! Beautemous is a tiny black cat, and very persnickety. The only people food she ever tries to eat is Arby’s roast beef — weird cat!
My two cats are good cats, they get along and are happy.
