To help welcome you to The Kitty Blog, I’d like for you to try out one of my cat Choco’s favorite foods: Pet Promise. He seems to prefer the taste to the other foods he’s tried so far. Sometimes I think Choco likes it too much though!
Four readers who enter will be randomly selected to win a Pet Promise gift bag including cat food samples, a bandanna and a coupon to receive a free full-size bag of dry cat food (up to 25 lbs. – a $49 value).

Pet Promise has a “Promise of Purity” that means no animal byproducts, no added growth hormones, no antibiotic-fed protein, no rendered meats AND no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. And it’s not just good for kitty, Pet Promise also refuses to use factory-farm meat or poultry. They support rural farms, helping out struggling US farmers and ranchers.
Enter to win:

wouldn’tI love to turn up on my friends doorstep with this basket of yummies for her 7…rescue cats
During warmer months, my cat (Kennedy) rarely sleeps in my bed, unless I’ve just returned from being gone for a few days. However, in the winter? He absolutely LOVES to stretch out against me… smack between me and the space heater. *Sigh*
I have 2 older cats, Kellie and Thomas.
I would like to introduce my kitty -
Stretch! He was named that ’cause he likes to stretch out all the way, front and back legs and get real comfortable!
Stretch picked our family to come and live with, he was a stray! I am so grateful he picked us, he has given us so much love and laughter, he is truly part of our family!
My cat’s name is Del. He weighs just over 14lbs, is gray tiger and white… and rules the roost in our shop where he lives. Even keeps the Aussie Shep in line!!
Our cat, Tippy, attatched herself to our 5 year old daughter. She follows her around andsleeps with her and always lays close to were she is. When our daughter is in school, Tippy paces and seems to search the house for her.
My cats name is Ever Hopeful. She’s a beautiful grey tabby declawed rescue cat that I acquired last summer after my sweet Oscar died. I don’t know her history except that she grew up (4yrs.) with dogs and is food fixated (hence the name). I think that she had competition for the food, and without claws she had to settle for last. Now she’s first, and my only problem is keeping her from getting fat…she doesn’t like it, but we’re maintaining for the moment…she’s doing better than I am.
Dandruff is my oldest, he’s 16, white & fluffy.
Moochie & Bouncer are siblings. Moochie is orange & white and LOVES canned green beans. Bouncer is a tri-colored tabby. They will be 5 this year.
Sid will be 4 this year & he is HUGE. He’s also a big baby. Ducky is my kitten, she’ll be a year in March. She’s simply adorable.
Happy New Year!
Thanks for the giveaway >^..^<
Spaz and Shadow are the best of friends.
Oscar thinks he is a dog. He always hangs out with Cheech the yellow lab. If I take Cheech for a walk, Oscar thinks he gets to go too.
My cat ” Junior ” is a one of two rescue kittens and is quite a handfull. Cleo, her sister, is calm ,thoughtful and poised. Junior is wacky, always in trouble and hell..I’ll say it…a NASCAR fan.
I’d like to introduce you to three loving , crazy cats-13 year old, black and white Norman Ray, 5 year old white Angel Rose and the trouble maker of the group 3 year old Toby.
I have 3 feral cats I feed!
my cats sitting here in front of my monitor watching me enter
My cat was born under a dumpster and is still a scaredy-cat. Hides under the bed.
My cat adopted me, and even when she was returned to the person, who owned her, she kept returning to my house. Even climbed to a second story bedroom window to look in, and scare me to death! So the neighbor agreed that I was her new owner.
My kitty’s name is Bankie. He is a six year old Bombay cat. He is black all over with yellow eyes. We got him at the shelter here when he was about 6 months old. But I think living his first few months on the street made him really tough. Our friends and family have dobermans and pitbulls, all of whom Bankie terrorizes on a regular basis.
nice!
our kitten Callie was a feral cat that we tamed -she is the sweetest most long cat we have ever had – and her tail is as fluffy as a raccoon’s!
Upon arrival at our home, our shelter kitty marched over to the dog and sat on his stomach. She has been queen of the house ever since!
My cat thinks he owns the computer. He jumps on your back when you get home from work if you sit at the computer desk. I sear he must be watching porn while I’m at work
My oldest cat is Wasabi. He is HANDS DOWN the sweetest kitty I have ever had and crawls in bed with me everynight to go keep my feet warm.
Trix is nine years old. She isn’t the sweetest but she definitely has a strong personality and she’s smart. She’s family and we love her.
we feed some stray cats that showed up but they are wild.
Three of us live together with our 3 cats, so you can imagine this would be a much appreciate prize. Mine is Corona, a gray tabby who loves to dash out an opened door. Bad kitty!
Our cat just showed up one day and never left even though we didn’t put food out for him for a while (a neighbor was feeding him). When someone comes to the house he is so excited that does flips.
We have 6 Beautiful Felines in our family, 3 kittens we rescued from a guy handing them out from a shopping cart in front of a store! And our 3 adult cats. They all get along, and have such unique personalities! They calm our stresses and make life happier and brighter! We are deep cat lovers here!
I have one kitty which i love very much. Im unemployed and refuse to give her up. I’ll feed her no matter what.
Dozer is a very funny cat who seems to do everything that people say cats don’t do… he doesn’t land on his feet, he chases his own tail (and catches it) and in general is very silly!
I have 2 cats, Smokey and The Bandit
they have given me permission to live with them and take care of them haha
Really tho they are my sons and companions and i want the beat for them that is why i am going to try pet promise cat food. by the way i really like this site.
I have 2 cats named Hunter and Checkers . Hunter only eats dry food and Checkers only eats moist! they both LOVE to climb as high as then can .
My cat Squeaky Elvis has me trained well; he knows if he knocks he can leave or come in, and he knows that if the vet asked me to keep him in for the night that he can show me the neighborhood at 3am in 5 degree weather.
I have 3 cats, L.B who is 14. Bob who is 5 and Frank who is just 4 months. We adopted Frank from the pound, L.B from the pound and Bob was a stray
I have two of the best cats in the world– Mr. Meow and Tiggie. Both of them sleep with my husband and I every night– Tiggie around my head and Mr. Meow sleeps on one of our stomachs. I couldn’t imagine better cats!
my cat cuda would love this!!
I have 2 of the cutest and most well behaved kitties ever: Roxy and Bella. They’re sisters and I can only tell them apart by the white tip on the end of Bella’s tail.
We ended up with Biscuit because he was abandoned when he was a kitten.
my cat’s name is kitty, I oftentimes call her pretty kitty, we’re both a bit overweight, but she loves food and also to be loved and petted on my lap, sometimes she even sleeps on my bed beside my pillow, she’s got soft fur and is grey and with a white belly and paws
My cat is princess and she is spoiled to the core
My delightful little lady cat emits a comical “bloop!” sound every time she swallows. She’s the best.
My two cats would love this. Taz is the picky eater with the sensitive stomach and Tabitha will eat anything!
I have 13 outdoor cats and 1 indoor cat so this 25# bag would be quickly eaten. My indoor cat is 15 years old and queen of the house. When she was younger, she would play fetch. She is siamese and himalayan and has that unique meow.
We have two bangels that are brother and sister. They steal and destroy our sons pacifiers.
We just got a new kitten (5 mo.), Midnight, on new years eve. She is all black short legged and looks so much like our beloved Mitten that we lost to kidney failure last April. It is so nice to have a cat in the house again.
We live on a farm and have lots of outdoor cats.
My indoor cat is Gypsy, she was found on the
highway when she was just a kitten. She is a
Tortise color cat. Very loving, and catches Mice.
We buy a lot of cat food.

My indoor cat is a Tortise She was found on the
highway when she was a kitten. Her name is
Gypsy. She loves to catch mice.
I now have two kitties, Harley (girl)the Snowshoe and Sugo (boy) the Black Siamese. They are sibs, and like night and day! She is PURE Snowshoe–outgoing, fearless, loves to get in the shower with you, independant. He is shy, cuddly, and a fierce catnip toy hunter. They love out two dogs and although 4 beasts is a lot, they really bring us a lot of joy!
Cat lovers of the world unite! We got a new cat nicholas in Sept. He is a 5 yr old black Maine Coone cat. WE’ve always got kittens before. so finding out his habits and traits has been a delight and surprising. He is a sweetie. And he and all his 14 lbs. loves to be held. Purrfect.
My cat, Kismet Kitty, is the most beautiful Russian Blue (I rescued her from a car that was about to run her over and tried to find her home through ads and posters, but no one ever claimed her). She actually says “I love you!” I say this phrase to her a lot and couldn’t believe my ears when I heard her “saying” or kind of meowing it, but since then I’ve read that other more “vocal” cats are capable of doing this! At first I was very worried when I adopted her because I was fiercely allergic to cats, but by a MIRACLE I wasn’t allergic to her (finding out later that Russian Blues can often be tolerated by people usually allergic to cats). She is very sweet and loyal and intelligent and once when I was very sad and crying on the bed she came and made a ring of kisses around my mouth!
My cat, Skittles was a very skittish cat when I found her in my garage about 12 years ago. Now, she’s a sweet cat who loves to eat and be petted.
